Our Innovative Techniques

Waste-to-Energy(WtE)
Technology

This is a process of converting waste into energy. WtE technology involves the combustion of waste to produce electricity or heat. This techniquehelps in reducing the volume of waste that goes to landfills.

Biological Treatment

Biological treatment involves the use of microorganisms to break down and decompose organic waste. This process results in the production of compost and biogas. Composting is a natural process of converting organic waste into a nutrient-rich soil conditioner.

Plasma Gasification

This technique involves the use of high-temperature plasma to convert waste into a gas that can be used as fuel. Plasma gasification is an effective way of treating hazardous waste, as it can destroy harmful chemicals.

Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT)

MBT is a combination of mechanical and biological treatment. The waste is first mechanically sorted and then biological treatment is carried out to further reduce the volume of waste.

Pyrolysis

This technique involves the thermal decomposition of waste in the absence of oxygen. The process produces liquid fuel and solid char. Pyrolysis is an effective way of treating plastic waste.

Chemical Recycling

Chemical recycling involves breaking down waste into its constituent parts, such as monomers or other chemicals, which can then be used to create new products. This technique can be used to recycle difficult-to-recycle plastics.

Zero Waste

Zero waste is a philosophy that aims to eliminate waste by redesigning products and processes to reduce waste generation. This approach emphasizes on reducing, reusing, and recycling waste as much as possible.

Methane (Biogas) Production

Organic waste, such as food waste and agricultural residues, can undergo anaerobic digestion to produce biogas, which is primarily composed of methane. Biogas can be used as a renewable fuel for electricity generation or as a substitute for natural gas for heating and cooking.
